The Medical Transportation Association of New Jersey (MTANJ) is a professional
association of Medical Transportation companies throughout New Jersey.
Therefore, MTANJ the representative voice of the medical transportation industry in
new Jersey. As such it serves the needs of its members at all levels regardless of corporate structure;
i.e., (for profit), non-profits, hospital based, municipal, volunteer-hybrid, etc.
The MTANJ seeks to educate industry providers in the provision of high quality medical transportation services at all levels (emergency ambulance, specialty care ambulance, non-emergency ambulance, and wheelchair van). The MTANJ is an advocate for the ethical provision of service through sound business and fiscal practices.
The MTANJ seeks to bring to light the interest and concerns of the industry relative to regulation, legislative or reimbursement issues. Additionally the MTANJ constantly works to assist the industry in finding cost effective goods and services through partnerships with Association Members participating in a group purchasing system. The MTANj encourages involvement of all agencies and interested parties to the medical transportation industry and works to develop positive relationships with those parties. The MTANJ is committed to addressing the concerns of the industry by providing comprehensive support and representation.
